The founder of ICTPO, Inc., Commander General, Ambassador Dr. Rev. Pastor Max Gerald Guillaume, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in counter-terrorism and international diplomacy.
His extensive background in security management and human rights advocacy has shaped his vision for a safer world. Driven by personal experiences and a deep commitment to humanitarian work, Commander General, Amb. Dr. Rev. Pastor Max Gerald Guillaume founded ICTPO Inc. to bridge the gap between counter-terrorism efforts and global peace initiatives.
